I make the experience of running a business lighter.
Spence Almond is Chief Integration Officer & Founder of Almond Business Company, an operations and technology integration firm he founded in Houston, Texas in 2024. He has worked across oil and gas, government, and distribution since 2013.
At a private sector electrical distribution company, Spence built and led ERP, learning management (LMS), and business system integrations supporting an eight-figure revenue operation. He moved through progressive operations roles there — business development, ERP and operations analysis, and project management.
Earlier, he worked as a software analyst supporting Fortune 500 oil and gas operators across Houston, national, and international markets, and led public-sector technology initiatives for the Arizona Department of Education supporting billion-dollar federal and state funding programs.
His training runs in two directions: Petroleum Land Management at the University of Houston-Downtown, and the Mind Body Spirit Institute at The Jung Center of Houston. The first taught him how industrial systems are structured. The second taught him that they only work as well as the people inside them.
